So I’ve been bitchin’ at the gym for a while how I haven’t been making any gains, because I haven’t been eating enough, and that I’ve plateaued and all that. So last week I decided to shake it up my routine and start totally fresh. I’m a on a new weight gaining plan that involves a change in my diet, and a change in my routines. The gyst of it is this: EAT MORE AND EXCERCISE MORE. Its brilliant. So I’m going to be attempting to eat about 3600 calories per day (my biggest challenge) and also trying to excercise the same muscle group twice a week. is working out the same muscle group twice per week going to affect recovery time?
